do I send my return?
We will be
glad to issue a refund...no questions asked...for
undamaged merchandise returned within 30 days
of purchase. No exceptions. Merchandise must
be returned with an original receipt or
mail order packing invoice.
Before returning
your merchandise you must have an RMA Authorization
Number. Click here to request an RMA Authorization Number.
For items being sent to
our Returns department, please be sure to ship
your item by insured, traceable mail, and mark
the outside of the package with your Return Authorization Number. Shipping
service with traceable mail is offered by the United States Postal Service, and other carriers.
Please include a note with your address and
daytime phone number along with a copy of your
sales receipt or packing slip.
PRIVATE SESSION POLICY NOTICE: Refunds are not allowed on private session programs. Sessions missed... if 48 hours notice is not given...will be immediately charged to your card as a full session. |
